Tilewright Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-07-27

Tilewright is a tile-puzzle game. We value your privacy and aim to keep data collection minimal.

Summary

Information We Collect

Tilewright does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

We use Firebase Crashlytics. This service may collect limited information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and crash diagnostics. This information helps us fix bugs and keep the game stable.

When cloud backup is available, the app signs in anonymously using Firebase Authentication. This creates a random, anonymous identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or any personal profile.

With that anonymous identifier, your game progress — such as completed levels, stars, streaks, and play statistics — may be stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore so it can be restored. Your progress is always kept on your device first; cloud backup is a best-effort convenience and the game works fully without it.

How Data Is Used

Offline Play

The core game works without an internet connection. If your device is online, crash reports and progress backups may be sent in the background.

Device Permissions

Tilewright does not need access to your photos, contacts, microphone, or location for core gameplay.

Advertising

We do not include third-party advertising in Tilewright.

Children’s Privacy

Tilewright is designed to be appropriate for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The anonymous identifier and diagnostic data described above are not used for advertising or to track individuals. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except as required to operate the app through the services listed above or to comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention & Deletion

Diagnostic data is retained only as long as necessary for troubleshooting and improving stability, subject to the policies of the service providers. Cloud-backed game progress is retained until you ask us to remove it.

Because your progress may be stored under an anonymous identifier, you can request its deletion at any time by emailing support@tappybara.app, and we will delete the associated anonymous record. Removing the app from your device deletes the local copy of your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
